Job Description and Requirements
CARDIOLOGIST (15 openings)
Job Description:
- Must be fully trained in cardiology with a minimum of 2 years post training work experience
- Must have a broad range of skills including the performance and interpretation of all non invasive cardiology procedures like echo, stress test, stress echo, nuclear cardiac scan, holter, ABP, pacemaker interrogation
- Must be able to perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization and coronary angiography
- Ability to perform pacemaker and ICD implantation and/or angioplasty with stent placement will be a definite advantage
- Must be computer literate
- May be required to pass the medical registration exam in Jamaica
